 We do not provide rental inventory such as chairs, tables, or decorations. Instead, we specialize in providing trusted, extra-hands support and personal event assistance. Simply put, if you already have the items you need, our team can help with decorating, setting up chairs and tables, trash management, cleanup, teardown, and more throughout your event. 


 Our services start at $60 per hour, per Weekend Warrior helper, for as long as you need support on your event day. We specialize in trusted, extra hands event support for Weddings, Personal and Private celebrations, and Vendors. We help fill in the gaps during your event, assist with unforeseen circumstances, and provide flexible, hands-on assistance tailored to your needs. For example, if you’re planning a DIY wedding and need help with tasks such as unloading and loading, setup, teardown, cleanup, trash management, and more, you can hire multiple trusted helpers to support you throughout your special day. This allows your friends, family, and you as the host to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. 


Having a wedding planner or other event vendors doesn’t always cover every detail. Weekend Warriors Events (WWE) provides extra-hands event support to assist with setup, teardown, last-minute tasks and general event management. Our team helps fill in the gaps, handling unexpected needs and other various tasks so your planner can focus more on the big picture. Finding reliable, professional event help can be challenging — that’s why our dedicated team helps to make your event run smoothly,


Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for venues, planners, or vendors upon request.
